Recruiting For Less – A central Toronto accounting firm is looking for an Office Manager / Exec Admin to join their team. This role will support the Principal (20%) and provide general office management and accounting staff support (80%).

Responsibilities:
• Manage reception and phones
• Filing and general office admin
• Keep current with all project activity, managing timelines, tasks etc.
• Draft correspondence and memos on behalf of Principal
• Manage schedule/travel of Principal
• Support accounting staff as required
• Anticipate issues and proactively initiate appropriate action to ensure the most effective use of the Principal’s time
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in an office environment
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and strong relational skills
• Professionalism and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks
• Accurate typing, attention to detail a must.

Compensation:
• 35 – 40k, Vacation
